How to place a quote request?
Placing a quote request is very simple. All you need to do is select the type of cleaning you desire and inspect its description for accuracy. Once that’s done, describe the job at hand with as much precision as you can and don’t forget - a picture is worth a thousand words, so make sure you add some! This lets the cleaners know exactly what you need, and helps us connect you to the right cleaning service in Glasgow. In order to get your full intended service experience and avoid any price changes, it is very important to provide as many descriptions and photos of what needs doing.

Can I cancel a quote request?
Yes! You can cancel a quote request at any time, it's free of charge. Once a quote request is cancelled you will not receive any further quotes from any other cleaners in Glasgow or London.

Can I cancel an accepted quote?
Yes you can. When you cancel an accepted quote, our platform will notify the cleaner about it and issue a full, partial or no refund depending when you cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions. You can always reschedule the cleaning, which will save money on cancellation fees.

Will my quote request expire?
Yes, your quote request will expire in 3 days if you don't accept any of the quotes you got from cleaners.

Can I amend a quote request
or an accepted quote?No, unfortunately, it's not possible to make any amendments to any of them. For a quote request change you can just cancel and submit a new one. For a quote that has already been accepted please get in touch with our customer service at 0141 488 00 88 or Contact@cleanifiq.com

I am not happy with the level
of cleaning I’ve received.
What should I do?If you are not happy with the job done by your cleaning service from London or Glasgow, please take pictures of the areas that you don't like and contact us within 2 calendaristic days at 0141 488 00 88 or Contact@cleanifiq.com. Depending on the situation, there are different outcomes. We can arrange for the cleaner to attend and rectify any issues or issue a partial refund.

Are cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes, our cleaners are fully insured and vetted for. We check their IDs, proof of address and insurance certificates, before allowing them to offer quotes for cleaning jobs in London or Glasgow.

Why should I use Cleanifiq
to accept a quote?When people use our platform we retain the payment on behalf of the cleaner and control those funds even after the job was completed. So in case the cleaner doesn't show up, you will guaranteedly get a full refund. We will also assist in case of any complaints.
