FAQ for cleaning service providers
-
What happens after I register?
We will check your application. Once approved, you will be notified each time someone in your area is looking for cleaning services that you’ve chosen to provide.
-
How do I get paid for Jobs from Business Customers?
Business customers are treated slightly differently, as we issue them an invoice on your behalf with 30 days to pay it. Payments for the cleaning jobs for this type of customers will be made within 48 hours of receiving the Bank Transfer from the customers.
-
What happens if I cancel an accepted quote?
Cancelling an accepted quote might place the customer in an uncomfortable situation, so before quoting for a job, please make sure you can perform the job to its fullest extent. If the accepted quote has been cancelled more than 24 hours before its due time, the customer will be able to rate your service, which can result in a bad rating. If you cancel the quote the day it should commence, it can result in us having to ban you from using the platform and additional charges.

What’s the difference between a job from a private customer and a business customer?
Private customers pay upfront and have a two-day window for rectifying any issues. Business customers will be issued an invoice on your behalf, with a limit of 30 days for paying it and a one week window for you to rectify any outstanding issues.
-
What happens if a private customer cancels my cleaning job?
When a private customer cancels a job, it is a legal requirement to fully refund any prepayment if it’s within the cooling-off period (2 weeks). However, we have a policy in place for cancelling within the cooling-off period. Many unforeseen situations can happen, and we always encourage the customer to reschedule a clean rather than cancel it. But, if it gets cancelled, we might retain the payment on your behalf partially or in full. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What happens if a business customer cancels my job?
Businesses can cancel cleaning jobs at any time. They will not be charged unless you started the job. Many businesses like to be flexible in adjusting or amending jobs with their contractors. Therefore our business customers can cancel an accepted quote at any time before the job started. Keep in mind, however, that full business cancellations are rare and usually represent simple adjustment of schedules.
-
Can I amend a quote already sent?
No, unfortunately not. Once the quote is submitted, it gets sent to the customer immediately and can’t be amended. It can only be cancelled.
-
What happens if I cancel a quote that hasn’t been accepted by the customer?
The customer will not be able to accept your quote, and your rating is not affected in any way.
